Gus Hansen is a Danish poker player and he is very skilled in what he does even if in Denmark the game is prohibited. When he enters a tournament most of the times he would win it.
Someone must win
He has a very aggressive style and he can use almost any hand to make a profit. He keeps on attacking the opponents and that makes them angry. Some would say he has luck and that is the reason he wins, but every poker player knows skill is a major factor in winning. Scotty Nguyen said this is the no-limit game, it's supposed to be played aggressive. He can manipulate his opponents and that's what makes him so effective.
He won some World Poker Tour tournaments, but he doesn't consider himself very important, he is modest and he doesn't brag about those wins. He states that someone has to win them.
Starting to prefer Hold'em
When he first started playing poker, he like all the poker games, but now he says he starts to prefer Hold'em. His style is effective, but he considers changing it because he has drawn attention of the media and his opponents.
