Paul Wasicka had an appearance at the final table of the World Series of Poker 2006 main event. He was the winner of $6 million, money he won when he won 2nd place, and he said in the interview offered to the officials that he is grateful for his friends and for his family and for the money he just won.
Paul is only 25 years old but he played in six major tournaments, having only 2 years of experience. He lives in Westminster, Colorado, but was born in Dallas, Texas. He has a strange nickname, "Kwick Fish", which no one can figure why. At the final table he played tight and made sure he kept his chips, as the rest of the players were eliminated. He went heads up with Jamie Gold, but he had far less chips than Gold so he lost.
He won $6,000,000 but he also won other prizes in different tournaments.
